Aram L. Erenburg

Mr. Erenburg is a senior associate whose legal practice includes the following practice areas: real estate law, landlord tenant law, and general civil litigation in both the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the Civil Court of the City of New York. He joined the K&B firm in 2005. His previous experience is in civil litigation including the fields of premises liability, insurance law, medical malpractice and construction law.

Mr. Erenburg is admitted to practice in all trial and appellate courts in the State of New York, and in all trial and appellate courts in the State of New Jersey. He also is admitted to the bar of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Erenburg is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A., 1994), and a cum laude graduate of the Cardozo School of Law (J.D., 1997). While attending the Cardozo School of Law, he was an articles editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.

Reported cases in which Mr. Erenburg has appeared include the following in which key decisions were rendered: Santiago v. NYCHHC, 10 A.D.3d 393 (2nd Dept. 2004) [City agency's answer is stricken due to its repeated failures to comply with Court orders thus constituting a pattern of willful neglect]; Kone v. Ritter Sysco, 789 N.Y.S.2d 902 (2nd Dept. 2005) [The Court does not have discretion to consider an untimely summary judgment motion absent a satisfactory excuse for its delay].
